Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Immigration Consultant who can fluently communicate in Malayalam and English. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and a passion for helping clients navigate the immigration process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and personalized immigration advice to clients.
• Assess eligibility for programs such as Express Entry, PNP, Work Permit, and Study Visa.
• Guide clients through documentation, application preparation, and submission.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings — in Malayalam and English.
• Manage case files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration or related services.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English (mandatory).
• Strong communication, client-handling, and multitasking skills.
• Good computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
• RCIC certification or experience with Canadian immigration is an added advantage.
