Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful clients.
- Provide accurate information about immigration services including Permanent Residency (PR), Work Visas, Opportunity Cards, and other visa categories.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs.
- Solve client queries related to the visa and immigration process.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and progress reports with management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral business.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and opportunities across different countries.
Key Requirements:
· Strong communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).
· Ability to handle client objections and provide clear solutions.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
