Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Immigration Consultant to join our team. The role involves guiding clients through overseas migration programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide accurate information about migration opportunities and procedures.
  • Assist clients in preparing documents and completing application forms.
  • Maintain client records and update follow-up details regularly.
  • Work closely with the documentation and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
  • Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
  • Strong sales and customer service attitude.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
