Job Overview

DM Immigration Consultant is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Immigration Counsellors to join our Mumbai branch. The candidate will guide clients through immigration pathways such as Canada, Australia, Europe, and other programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on overseas immigration, visas, and eligibility requirements
• Conduct assessments and recommend suitable immigration programs
• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates
• Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service
• Maintain documentation and update CRM systems
• Work towards monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–3 years experience in immigration counselling or sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Customer-oriented with good presentation abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
