Reside Global Immigration Services is hiring three Immigration Consultants to support our Australia, Europe, and Canada migration programs. We are seeking motivated professionals who can provide accurate guidance and deliver high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Provide updated and accurate immigration information.
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable migration pathways.
  • Maintain excellent client service through proactive communication.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consulting (experience with Australia, Europe, or Canada programs preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in computer use, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Updated knowledge of immigration policies and processes.
  • Experience serving Tagalog-speaking clients is an advantage.
