Immigration Consultant

Reside Global Immigration Services is urgently hiring three (3) Immigration Counselors to join our fast-growing team. If you’re a high-performing advisor with strong client-handling skills, we want you onboard immediately.
Tagalog speakers are strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and deliver professional immigration counseling via phone, email, and in-office consultations.
• Present suitable migration options (Australia, Europe & Canada) and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Provide accurate, updated, and compliant immigration information.
• Conduct objective profile assessments.
• Develop tailored global career and migration strategies.
• Maintain top-tier customer service by proactively addressing client concerns.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in immigration consulting (Australia, Europe & Canada programs preferred).
• Strong communication skills; Tagalog-speaking applicants prioritized.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, computers, and online communication tools.
• Updated knowledge of immigration guidelines and trends.
