Immigration Consultant

We are looking for immediate hirings for an Immigration Consultant, Senior Immigration Consultant, Immigration Manager, Immigration Team Lead, and Immigration Tele Callers role who deals with Canada PR, Australia PR, Work visa, and Investment Visas.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Counsellor for Permanent Residency, Work Permit, Jobseeker visa, etc. for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.
• Ability to explain various visa processes, helping the clients to understand immigration procedures for Canada, Australia, etc. Countries.
• Advice On The Overseas Options Available, So As To Enable The Candidates & Their Family Makes An
• Educated Choice & The Right Decision.
• Call Potential Customers Through Daily Assigned Leads And Secure Appointments For The Week.
• Give Clear And Accurate Information Based On The Current Immigration & Visa Laws & Policies.
• Provide A Fair And Neutral Evaluation Of A Candidates Profile.
• Provide A Personal Global Career Strategy Customized To Their Needs.
• Achieve Excellent Customer Service By Proactively Responding To Client Queries And Advising Customers
• On Their Overseas Immigration And Visa Needs.
• Making Outbound Calls To Either Warm Or Hot Leads Provided, To Assist Them By Answering Questions In
• Regards To Visas They Are Interested In Applying For And Signing Them Up
• Provide Professional Consultation To High Net-Worth Clients.
• Perform Sales Pitch To Interest Prospects And Close Them On The Spot.
• Meet The Assigned Targets.

Skills Required:

• Should Have Sales Experience In Visa Or Immigration Industry.
• Describe Different Visa Application Process, Benefits And Special Offers To Clients.
• Must Have Experience In Student Visa Counselor, Sales, University Selection For Canada Country .
• Identify Correct Prospect According To The Eligibility Standards & Convert Into A Sale.
• Establish And Maintain Current Client And Potential Client Relationships.
• Regular Follow Up On Enquiries Received.
• Identify, Resolve Queries & Handling Objections Of Clients.
• Maximum Achievement Of Goals And Service Levels.
• Effective Pipeline Management.
• Able To Achieve Monthly Target.
• Any Added Responsibility Assigned By Superiors To Enhance More Ability.
• Counselling The Candidate As Per Their Eligibility And Requirement
• Calling On Various Leads Database To Generate And Convert
• Attend Telephonic Queries And Convert Telephonic Queries In Walk-Ins
• Handling Client Interactions
