Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant / Team Leader to guide clients through immigration processes while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on suitable immigration pathways based on eligibility and requirements
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, follow-ups, and client conversions
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets
• Handle documentation, application procedures, and process coordination
• Maintain accurate client records and application status updates
• Provide professional customer service before and after application submission
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing
• Guide and support junior consultants when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or counseling in a target-based industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Good understanding of processes and documentation handling
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and career-oriented
• Experience in immigration consulting is an added advantage
