Immigration Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries only (walk-ins, leads, referrals, digital enquiries)
• Counsel clients on:
• Work Permits
• PR Visas
• Tourist Visas
• Other immigration-related products
• Understand client profiles and suggest the right visa/product as per eligibility
• Explain process flow, documentation, timelines, and pricing clearly
• Follow up with interested clients and close sales
• Maintain proper CRM records and client documentation
• Coordinate with backend/processing team for smooth case execution

Key Requirements

• Experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy preferred
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to build trust and handle client objections professionally
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
