Immigration Consultant

Bidaya Consultants is seeking enthusiastic Immigration Consultants to join our growing office in Dubai. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of working abroad while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face consultations
• Understand each client's requirements and recommend suitable visa and overseas employment solutions
• Explain our immigration and recruitment services clearly and professionally
• Build trust with clients by providing timely follow-ups and excellent customer support
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Malayalam and English is required
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or immigration consultancy is preferred
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment
