Immigration Consultant ( CBI / RBI Program )

Job Description

We are seeking a confident and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be female and bring at least 2 years of experience in the immigration industry. This is a target-driven position suited for individuals with strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on immigration matters.
• Manage inquiries and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent engagement.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and records are properly maintained.
• Meet monthly performance targets and contribute to the team’s overall objectives.
• Stay updated on immigration procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Effectively communicate with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Fluency in English and either Hindi or Arabic (spoken and understood).
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented work style.
• Positive attitude and professional presentation.

Languages Required

• English (mandatory)
• Hindi and/or Arabic (preferred)
