Immigration Consultant (Customer Support – Malayalam Clients)

Visapprove Immigration Consultants is looking for a Customer Support Immigration Consultant to assist clients throughout their immigration journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing accurate program information, and ensuring a smooth application process.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and explain immigration programs and procedures.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Maintain records and follow up with clients as needed.
• Support the documentation and visa application process.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam and English is required to effectively assist Malayalam-speaking clients.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting or customer service is an advantage.
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
