Immigration Consultant (Female)

Job description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Counsel clients on immigration options, eligibility requirements, and processes for PR and Work Visas in various countries.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate applications, forms, and supporting documentation.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation and document verification.
• Manage client queries, follow-ups, and maintain case records with confidentiality.
• Achieve set targets for client conversions and service delivery timelines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
• Sales or client relationship management background.
• Strong communication skills ( Malayalam should be fluent ).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
