1. Sales Manager (1 Position)
The Role: A strategic leadership position based in Delhi, reporting to our Dubai HQ. You will drive revenue growth and mentor a high-performing sales team in the Northern India market while ensuring 100% compliance with international immigration standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and drive a team of Sales Consultants to consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Regional Strategy: Develop expansion plans to improve conversion rates for PR and Work Permit leads specifically for the Indian market.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee eligibility assessments and ensure all sales follow ethical practices (RCIC, MARA, and OISC standards).
- Partnerships: Build local B2B relationships with recruitment agencies, IELTS/PTE centers, and corporate hubs.
- CRM Mastery: Utilize CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) to optimize high-volume lead pipelines.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of sales experience (Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within Immigration or Recruitment).
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
- Expert knowledge of global pathways: Express Entry, PNP, Skilled Migration, H-1B, and UK Skilled Worker Visas.
2. Immigration Sales Consultants (2 Positions)
The Role: As a Relocation Advisor, you are the face of our Delhi office. You will guide families and professionals through complex visa processes, managing inbound leads from the first inquiry to a successful contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle from lead nurturing and detailed assessments to closing.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct accurate assessments for PR, Work Permits, and Visit Visas.
- HQ Coordination: Maintain clean CRM records and collaborate with our Dubai-based documentation/legal teams for seamless handovers.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the rapidly changing immigration landscapes of Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Advantageous: Proficiency in Punjabi, Urdu, or any South Indian language.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales/consulting experience in the overseas immigration industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, International Relations, or Business preferred).
