Immigration Consultant - Skilled Immigration

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to handle skilled immigration cases and convert qualified leads into signed clients in our Lahore office. The primary responsibility of this role is to close deals with potential clients after proper assessment and consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients for skilled immigration programs
• Assess eligibility under various programs such as Canada, Australia, UK and other skilled pathways
• Explain program requirements, timelines, risks and costs clearly
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow ups
• Coordinate with processing teams after deal closure
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in skilled immigration sales or consultancy
• Strong knowledge of skilled migration programs
• Proven track record in closing deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and work under targets
• Professional and ethical approach

Performance Metrics

• Monthly revenue generated
• Conversion ratio from consultation to signed client
• Client satisfaction and retention
