Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through various immigration pathways, provide accurate advice based on current policies, and manage applications from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their migration goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding immigration programs (Australia, Canada, Europe, etc.).
• Assess client eligibility based on age, education, experience, and other criteria.
• Explain visa categories, requirements, processes, timelines, and fees clearly.
• Assist clients in preparing documentation, forms, and application files.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle—from initial assessment to submission.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policy changes, and program updates.
• Maintain proper records, CRM entries, and follow-up logs.
• Handle client queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for assessments, skill evaluations, and document verification.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical consulting practices.
