Job Description

Emigrants is seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Counselor – Sales to join our team in Karachi (on-site). The role involves counseling prospective clients, handling sales inquiries, promoting immigration and visa solutions, and converting leads into successful applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to guide clients through suitable immigration pathways while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on immigration, study, visit, skilled migration, and citizenship programs
• Handle sales inquiries, leads, and walk-in clients professionally
• Assess client profiles and recommend customized immigration solutions
• Convert leads into successful enrollments and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service
• Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews
• Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and program changes

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales, counseling, or client handling
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Experience in immigration or consultancy services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000–100,000
• Commission: Attractive sales commission structure
