Job Title: Immigration Counselor (Sales – Targets Based)
Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi | Full-time

The Role
We’re hiring a sales-driven Immigration Counselor who can turn consultations into conversions. If you’re confident, target-focused, and know how to close deals, this role puts you right at the center of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultation sessions and recommend the right immigration programs
• Convert walk-ins, inbound, and digital leads into enrollments
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to onboarding
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Handle follow-ups, objections, and deal closures
• Guide clients on documentation and application steps
• Maintain CRM records and track performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in immigration counseling, visa consulting, or sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
• Good understanding of immigration programs and visa categories
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Study abroad knowledge is a plus
