Immigration Court Attorney — Be Part of the Solution

We are seeking a full-time immigration attorney to join our team representing individuals in asylum and deportation defense matters. This role is primarily focused on Immigration Court, with occasional appearances at USCIS interviews.

Our team is expanding to ensure continued coverage for our clients during a period of planned staff leave. This reminds a great time to join a busy, collaborative practice and step into active, meaningful cases with the support of experienced attorneys and staff.

What you’ll do

• Represent clients in Immigration Court
• Prepare and present asylum and removal defense cases
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Occasionally attend USCIS interviews

What we’re looking for

• Admission to practice law in any U.S. state
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to appear in Immigration Court upon hire
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Interest in immigration and asylum law

Preferred but not required:

• Ability to communicate in Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, or Portuguese

• This is an attorney position (not a law clerk or legal assistant role)
• Full-time, hybrid schedule
• Office located at 100 Bush Street, San Francisco, CA 94104
• Relocation to San Francisco required prior to start

Compensation & benefits

• Salary based on experience, typically starting in the $110,000–$125,000 range
