Immigration Law Legal Assistant

Established immigration law firm is looking for an amazing new addition to our team of professionals. Our immigration clients are almost exclusively Spanish speaking therefore fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this position.

The successful applicant will also possess the following attributes and skills;

~ ability to be friendly and patient with clients from different cultures
~ be punctual
~ can multi-task while at the same time have an eye for details
~ high school diploma required

Duties will include
~ answering the phones, (mostly in Spanish)
~ opening mail and filing, scanning and uploading documents
~ translating documents from Spanish to English
~ using practice management software
~ assisting the attorney to complete immigration applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
