We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys in the preparation of immigration applications, petitions, and other documents. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, be able to communicate effectively with clients, and possess excellent organizational and research skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare immigration applications and petitions.
• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients regarding immigration matters.
• Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and appeals.
• Maintain client files and records.
• Communicate with government agencies regarding immigration cases.
• Prepare for hearings, interviews, and other proceedings.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
