Blue Whale Migration Services LLC is a reputed immigration consultancy providing end-to-end migration and visa processing services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Immigration Processing Officer to manage client files and ensure smooth application processing for our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of immigration and visa applications.
• Review, verify, and organize client documents as per immigration requirements.
• Coordinate with sales consultants and clients for missing or updated documents.
• Prepare and submit applications accurately within defined timelines.
• Track application status and provide regular updates to internal teams.
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company and immigration authority guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Immigration Processing Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PR, work visas, and overseas immigration processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple files and work under deadlines.
