Immigration Sales Consultant

Can Axis Group is a leading immigration and visa consultancy providing tailored solutions to clients seeking international study, work, or residency opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients interested in immigration or visa services.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable immigration programs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of immigration pathways and program updates.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Update CRM systems with accurate client information and track sales progress.
• Work closely with the case-processing team to ensure smooth handover after sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, consulting, or client advisory roles (immigration industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions clearly.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in immigration, overseas education, or recruitment industry.
• Multilingual abilities
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
