Position Title: Study Abroad & Immigration Sales Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented intern to support our Study Abroad and Immigration Sales team. The intern will assist in lead handling, client communication, basic counseling support, and sales follow-ups under supervision. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to the immigration consultancy sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from students and clients (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
• Assist in initial client counseling and requirement understanding
• Follow up with leads provided by the team and convert them into potential clients
• Maintain daily records of client interactions and updates
• Support senior consultants in documentation briefing and basic guidance
• Assist in promoting study abroad and immigration services
• Coordinate with internal teams for client processing updates
• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

Learning Outcomes

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Confidence in client dealing and basic persuasion skills
• Interest in sales, immigration, or study abroad consultancy
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

• Active participation in lead follow-ups
• Support in achieving monthly conversion targets of the team
• Professional handling of client queries

Pay: Rs15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
