We re seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing practice someone with the drive to win new business, expand global client relationships, play a hands-on role in day-to-day client account management and delivery, and help shape the future of our firm. In this role, you will:
- Lead business development initiatives identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing proposals, and securing mandates with both global and regional accounts.
- Take an active role in client account management, working closely with key accounts on day-to-day delivery while driving overall relationship growth and retention.
- Design strategic delivery models for new engagements, ensuring scalability, innovation, and long-term value.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving thought leadership through seminars, webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
- Advise clients on complex regional immigration matters, including new entity setups, mergers & acquisitions, workforce planning, and organizational health checks.
- Collaborate across disciplines, partnering with Immigration and Mobility experts to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
- Oversee key projects, ensuring smooth client transitions and successful onboarding of new engagements.
- Develop and mentor junior professionals, fostering career growth and building future leadership within the team.
