Implant Patient Concierge & Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Implant Patient Concierge & Treatment Coordinator to join our advanced implant practice in Staten Island.

This is not a typical front desk role.

Our practice focuses on life-changing full-arch dental implant treatments that help patients go from failing or missing teeth to a confident new smile—often in a single day.

You will serve as a trusted guide for patients, helping them navigate every step of their journey—from the first phone call through consultation, surgery, and final zirconia implant teeth.

The ideal candidate combines warm hospitality, organization, and natural communication ability to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident moving forward with treatment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people make important decisions about their health, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients interested in dental implants
• Answer phone inquiries and help prospective patients schedule consultations
• Build rapport with patients and guide them through the treatment process
• Follow up with patients who are considering implant treatment

Treatment Coordination

• Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and next steps
• Coordinate consultations, surgery appointments, and follow-up visits
• Ensure patients feel supported throughout the entire treatment journey

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications using Dentrix
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial coordination when applicable
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Practice Support

• Help maintain a smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Provide a welcoming and professional environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental or medical office preferred

• Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software helpful

Dental implant experience is a plus, but the right personality and professionalism matter most.

Compensation

Will begin discussion at 25 per hour and can go up with experience and performance
