We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Implant Sales & Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team and help patients take the next step toward their dream smile.

Position Overview:

As our Implant Sales & Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients interested in dental implants. Your role will be to guide patients through the treatment process, present treatment plans, and help them understand their options. This is both an educational and consultative sales role — you will inspire confidence, address concerns, and ensure patients feel supported from consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations for prospective implant patients.
• Present treatment plans, financing options, and timelines in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Follow up with patients to encourage treatment acceptance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and sales tracking.
• Coordinate scheduling between patients and clinical staff.
• Achieve monthly case acceptance goals while maintaining exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in dental or medical sales preferred (implant dentistry experience a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office (or willing to learn).
