Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong people skills to join our growing team. This role focuses on learning our software platforms and working directly with clients to train, implement, and support their success.
Experience in the Water or Wastewater industry is a plus but not required. What matters most is your ability to learn software quickly, communicate clearly with clients, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. This is a work‑from‑home position, but it requires consistent availability during standard business hours and frequent phone calls and virtual meetings with clients throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn our software platforms thoroughly and become a product expert
- Train and onboard new clients through phone calls, video meetings, and screen‑share sessions
- Lead software implementations and guide clients through setup and best practices
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the onboarding and implementation process
- Manage multiple client projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Work closely with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product) to ensure client success
- Document client progress, notes, and next steps within internal systems
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism during business hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable being on the phone and in client meetings for a large portion of the day
- Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Comfortable working in a high‑pace, performance‑driven role
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in the Water or Wastewater industry
- Experience with software training, implementation, or customer success
- Background in technical support, account management, or client‑facing roles
- Familiarity with remote work tools such as CRMs, video conferencing, and ticketing systems
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
