Implementation Engineer – Arabic Speaker

We are looking for an experienced ArabicImplementation Engineer to join our team and support the successful implementation, configuration, integration, and deployment of our software solutions.

-Key Responsibilities - but are not limited to-:

• Implement and configure software solutions according to customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers, technical teams, developers, and project managers.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation solutions.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Prepare implementation documentation, configurations, and technical reports.
• Conduct user training and support customers during go-live.

- Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years experience in software implementation, deployment, integration, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise software, or AI solutions is a plus.
