Implementation Engineer - Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our

project/engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site

engineering and project execution, with a willingness to learn and grow in a professional

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in implementing project requirements as per drawings and specifications.

 Support the senior engineers in site coordination and project execution.

 Conduct basic quantity take-offs and measurements under guidance.

 Help in preparing site reports, documentation, and daily progress updates.

 Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow.

 Ensure adherence to project standards, safety norms, and timelines.

 Support in material tracking and verification at the site.

 Learn implementation processes, technical procedures, and project workflows.

 Provide assistance during inspections and quality checks.

Required Skills:

 Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts

 Knowledge of construction drawings

 MS Excel (basic)

 AutoCAD (basic) – preferred

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Willingness to learn and adapt

 Problem-solving attitude

 Ability to work on-site and in a team

Additional Requirements:

 Ability to travel to project sites when required

 Attention to detail

 Time management and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
