Implementation Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team and drive the successful deployment of technology solutions across various client environments. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in translating technical requirements into practical solutions, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting ongoing system enhancements. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the implementation of software applications, hardware systems, and network configurations tailored to client needs.
• Provide hands-on technical support during deployment phases, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, networking, and software integrations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions on various platforms including LMS (Learning Management System), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
• Assist clients with computer management tasks such as user account setup, system configuration, and maintenance of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation ensuring clear communication throughout the implementation process.
• Support help desk operations by resolving technical support requests related to operating systems like Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud services such as AWS and Oracle Cloud.
• Conduct analysis of system performance and user feedback to recommend improvements for future implementations.

Skills

• Proficiency in teaching and training users on complex software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Premiere, Acrobat), LMS platforms, and EMR systems.
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN configurations and security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear instructions for diverse audiences.
• Analysis skills for troubleshooting software issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience or training & development background that enhances your ability to educate users effectively. Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
