The Opportunity
As the Implementation Systems Analyst at HealthEZ, you will play a dual role that blends internal project coordination with technical system logic ownership that ebbs and flows with our client service seasonal cadence. The system we use is Rocketlane.
During the client implementation season, peak season, approximately 30% of the year, you will manage standardized new group implementations and complex renewals, coordinating cross functional efforts to ensure accurate and timely configuration of employer sponsored health plans. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and select selling partners to move implementations forward.
During the off season, you’ll serve as the technical owner of the implementation rules engine and supporting data structures. You will build and maintain if then rules, analyze gaps or inefficiencies, manage the implementation data dictionary, test system changes, and work closely with cross functional teams on enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on logic and system, Rocketlane configuration work while still engaging in structured project coordination. This role reports to the Director, Implementation & PMO and is required to be in office two days per week.
What you’ll do:
High volume Client Implementation Season Cross Functional Implementation Management
Coordinate internal project activities for standardized new group implementations and complex renewals
Manage internal project timelines, task lists, and dependencies
Serve as a central point of coordination for internal teams including Eligibility, Claims, Networks, Finance, Product, etc. and select sales channel partners
Facilitate internal problem solving and escalation meetings
Communicate risks, requirements, and dependencies between internal teams to ensure accurate build and on time go lives
Ensure all internal & sales channel partner stakeholders understand impacts and requirements
Serve as the technical administrator for the implementation project management system and rules engine
Build, refine, and maintain if/then logic, configuration rules, mappings, and workflows
Identify rule gaps, duplication, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities
Maintain and update the implementation data dictionary, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and standardization
Conduct system quality audits and data validation on implementation-related fields and structures and escalate where quality suffers
Partner with cross functional teams to design, test, and validate system enhancements or releases
Perform testing to ensure rule changes don’t introduce new errors
Document rule logic, version control, and system configuration policies and procedures
Provide technical insights to improve implementation tools, templates, and workflows
Support improvement initiatives related to implementation accuracy, standardization, and internal process efficiency
Manage internal strategic initiative projects, as assigned
Manage and escalate Implementation System tickets within HealthEZ
Provide book of business reporting based on data in Implementation System
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross functional teams
Demonstrated logical thinking and ability to understand how system components interact
Experience working with structured data, rule-building, or configuration logic; if then, mapping, workflows
High attention to detail; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently during low supervision periods
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $75,000-$90,000*
