We’re seeking a CancerCARE Implementation & Vendor Relations Specialist to support new client implementations and own day-to-day administrative operations between health plans/self-funded employers and the CancerCARE For Life program. With more than 15 Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) integrating CancerCARE, this role serves as the primary conduit of information—ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data exchange.
- Guide Implementations: Partner with Account Managers to review each new client’s vendor mix and operational needs throughout the implementation process.
- TPA Onboarding & Education: Review vendor lists for all incoming CancerCARE clients; educate and implement new TPAs in collaboration with the Director of Account Management, the President, and other leaders as needed.
- Single Source of Truth: Create, maintain, and distribute TPA contact sheets; remove roadblocks and coordinate with internal workgroups to secure the information needed to operate CancerCARE.
- Internal Training: Provide quarterly trainings to internal stakeholders on processes and information required by TPAs and health plans using CancerCARE.
- Process Innovation (AI/Automation): Identify, evaluate, and propose AI-driven automation opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information gathering and operations.
Health/Life Carrier Onboarding: Participate on cross-functional onboarding teams for health insurance and life insurance partners—adapting to unique operational protocols and requirements.
