We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Export Manager to oversee our international sales and logistics operations. The Export Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance with regulations, building strong relationships with overseas clients, and driving growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers and shipping agents.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or customs clearance.
- Conduct market research to identify global trends, competitor activities, and potential risks.
- Manage budgets for international sales and logistics operations.
- Provide regular reports on export activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in export management, international sales, or global logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in export documentation and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of foreign languages is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,185.89 - ₹20,500.03 per month
