IMPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Handle import LCL consolidation enquiries, Rate quotations.

Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, co-loaders, and transporters for rates and timely updates.

Manage and update customers on shipment status, arrival details, and delivery schedules.

Ensure all documents (BL, manifest, invoice, packing list, etc.) are received, verified, and processed correctly.

Liaise with customs brokers (CHA) for clearance coordination and delivery follow-up.

Prepare and share arrival notices, DO, invoices, and DSR reports with clients.

Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.

Maintain accurate shipment records and support management with required MIS reports.

Work towards improving customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
