- Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for all import shipments.
- Provide regular shipment updates to customers regarding arrival, clearance, and delivery status.
- Prepare and process Delivery Orders (D/O) in coordination with shipping lines and customers.
- Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance of import consignments.
- Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for document clarification and shipment discrepancies.
- Verify import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and other required documents.
- Ensure timely follow-up for document submission and clearance approvals.
- Resolve customer queries related to shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment files and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.
