  • Maintain and update Daily Status Reports (DSR) for all import shipments.
  • Provide regular shipment updates to customers regarding arrival, clearance, and delivery status.
  • Prepare and process Delivery Orders (D/O) in coordination with shipping lines and customers.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers for timely clearance of import consignments.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for document clarification and shipment discrepancies.
  • Verify import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and other required documents.
  • Ensure timely follow-up for document submission and clearance approvals.
  • Resolve customer queries related to shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment files and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
