Job Title: Import Export Coordinator cum Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import Export Coordinator cum Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end export/import operations while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This is a fully remote position ideal for professionals who can independently handle coordination, documentation, and sales development activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesImport-Export Coordination

• Manage end-to-end import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC documentation, etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Handle customs documentation and compliance processes
• Maintain shipment records and prepare operational reports
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies

Business Development

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, suppliers, and agents
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import-export operations and/or international business development
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures
• Experience in dealing with freight forwarders and customs processes
• Good understanding of INCOTERMS, LC, and payment terms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in handling international clients
• Knowledge of DGFT and export incentive schemes is an added advantage
