Import & Export Coordinator (Mandarin is Preferred)

1. Accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
2. Track and Trace Shipment Files daily
3. Ensure documents and quotes are sent timely to customers & customs brokers
4. Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing
5. Interact with customers arranging international shipments to ensure timely delivery of freight
6. Comply with regulations, internal and external, in accordance with government regulations
7. Manage service provider invoices/oversee their payable
8. Respond to overseas communications, quotes and requests in a timely manner
9. Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability
10. Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to export goods as per client requirements
11. Ensure that export process is in compliance with company and industry quality assurance standards (ISO, Customs, etc.)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
