Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage all import-export documentation including:
  • Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, AWB & Bill of Lading
  • ICE Gate knowledge
  • DGFT knowledge
  • Coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA)
  • Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, documentation, and compliance data
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customs departments for seamless operations
  • Track shipments and generate regular reports on shipment status and related activities
  • Handle e-BRC (electronic Bank Realization Certificate) preparation and submission
  • (Preference)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in import-export documentation
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
