Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for import and export freight services
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for seamless shipment handling
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Provide timely market insights and competitive feedback

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • At least a graduate degree (Bachelor’s)
  • basic understanding of import/Export procedures and documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
