Import & Inventory Coordinator

Company Description Unilam Wood Industries is a Riyadh-based manufacturer and supplier of wood panels and MDF products, serving the construction and interior design sectors across Saudi Arabia.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The Import & Inventory Coordinator will manage the end-to-end import process. From departure through Saudi customs clearance and delivery to our warehouse. The role involves regular communication with customs authorities for shipment updates, daily inventory control, and conducting physical stock counts at our warehouse facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in import operations and familiarity with Saudi customs procedures
• Proficiency in inventory control and stock management
• Comfortable conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• Experience with inventory management software
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (for customs and supplier coordination)
• Organizationally sharp with good attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
