Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Import Manager to join our team in the sports equipment manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing imports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics.

Responsibilities

1. Manage import operations, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics.

2. Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs laws, and company policies.

3. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

4. Optimize import costs, lead times, and inventory levels.

5. Develop and implement import strategies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in import management, preferably in the sports equipment or manufacturing industry.

2. Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs laws, and logistics.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
