Import Operation Specialist

The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Managing and following up ocean import operations.
• Handling the operational process from booking to cargo delivery.
• Responding to customers’ operational needs, issues, and expectations with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
• Maintaining active communication and relationships with customers.
• Providing proactive and up-to-date operational information to customers.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Following up operational processes in cooperation with the Sales and Pricing teams.

The main qualifications required for the role are as follows:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Experience in USA ocean and air import operations.
• Ability to work in line with USA working hours.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipping line systems and portals.
• Knowledge of operational processes.
• Knowledge of documentation processes.

Working Conditions

• Full-time remote position.
• Working days: Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. including a 1-hour break.
