Imports Operation Supervisor & Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker)

Wiseway Logistics (ASX: WWG) is a fast-growing international freight forwarding company operating across eleven cities in five countries. We are expanding our U.S. team in Los Angeles and seeking an experienced Imports Operation Supervisor & Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) to support our growing import and client service operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily import operations and customs clearance processes
  • Act as key contact for customers — provide shipment updates and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers
  • Monitor team workflow and improve operational efficiency
  • Track shipments and proactively manage delays or exceptions
  • Review freight costs and support pricing effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records in CargoWise or similar systems
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related)
  • Fluent Mandarin & English (required)
  • 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or import operations
  • Supervisory or senior operations experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of U.S. customs and international shipping
  • Experience with CargoWise preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
