Wiseway Logistics (ASX: WWG) is a fast-growing international freight forwarding company operating across eleven cities in five countries. We are expanding our U.S. team in Los Angeles and seeking an experienced Imports Operation Supervisor & Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) to support our growing import and client service operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily import operations and customs clearance processes
- Act as key contact for customers — provide shipment updates and resolve issues
- Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers
- Monitor team workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Track shipments and proactively manage delays or exceptions
- Review freight costs and support pricing effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records in CargoWise or similar systems
- Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related)
- Fluent Mandarin & English (required)
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or import operations
- Supervisory or senior operations experience preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of U.S. customs and international shipping
- Experience with CargoWise preferred
