Impound and Dispatcher Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes.
• Monitor GPS systems to track vehicle locations and optimize routes based on real-time data.
• Address any issues or delays that arise.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients, drivers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using dispatch software such Towbook.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of GPS technology and its application is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
