Job Title: IMS Officer

Job Purpose
We are seeking an IMS Officer with experience in the lubricant manufacturing sector to implement, maintain, and improve our Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). The role ensures compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and customer requirements while promoting quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- IMS Implementation & Maintenance
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System as per ISO standards.
- Ensure effective documentation, control, and version management of IMS procedures, policies, and records.
- Compliance & Audits
- Conduct internal audits for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating external certification audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track IMS performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management.
- Identify gaps and initiate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Training & Awareness
- Conduct IMS awareness programs and training for employees at all levels.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility across the organization.
- Incident & Non-Conformance Management
- Investigate non-conformances, incidents, and near-misses; recommend improvements.
- Maintain the Non-Conformance Register and follow up on closure of actions.
- Coordination & Liaison
- Liaise with various departments to ensure IMS processes are understood and followed.
- Coordinate with external agencies, auditors, and certifying bodies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 auditing (Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in IMS or Quality/Compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of IMS documentation, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation control systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
