Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inbound Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer calls, answer queries professionally, provide accurate information, and ensure excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and politely
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s qualification preferred
