In-Charge & Production Engineer

HKZ Interior Design Company is looking for an experienced In-Charge & Production Engineer to manage production operations and ensure high-quality delivery of interior design projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules
• Ensure all furniture and interior items are manufactured to quality standards
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
• Optimize production workflow for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design production or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under tight schedules and deliver on deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Engineering degree or diploma preferred
