Job Overview

Sunflower Casitas is seeking a high-level In-Home Sales Closer to represent our rapidly growing Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Construction Division in the Phoenix market.

This is not an entry-level sales role.

We are looking for a seasoned kitchen-table closer with strong real estate and construction knowledge who can confidently guide Phoenix-area homeowners through six-figure property improvement decisions and close during the appointment.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present ADU development opportunities that increase property equity, generate rental income, and create long-term financial stability.

If you are confident discussing ROI, equity, financing, and construction timelines — this role is built for top performers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with Phoenix-area homeowners interested in ADU construction
• Present financial breakdowns, equity impact, ROI projections, and rental income potential
• Clearly explain construction timelines, permitting, zoning, and build processes
• Confidently handle objections and close contracts during the appointment
• Coordinate seamless handoff with operations, permitting, and construction teams
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up as needed
• Represent Sunflower Casitas professionally throughout the Phoenix community

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven in-home closing experience (construction, real estate, or high-ticket home improvement required)
• Real estate background preferred (investor conversations, equity analysis, mortgage familiarity)
• Construction knowledge required (ADUs, remodels, additions, or ground-up builds)
• Solar industry experience strongly preferred (homeowner financing and long-term savings positioning)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Must currently live in the Phoenix, AZ area
• Strong professional references
• Demonstrated history of consistent closing performance
