In Home Baby Caregiver

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes for families with babies starting from 3 months-10 months old. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various childcare settings and a passion for working with babies, infants, and making a difference in the lives of families that we serve. This role requires a blend of professional skills and personal care abilities to support families with diverse needs for their baby, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist babies with daily living activities, including feeding, changing diaper, nap time, and compassionate care through play activities.
• Monitor and communicate any concerns of the baby's health status to families appropriately and growing stages.
• Provide compassionate and loving care support to families and their baby's day to day well-being.
• Meet and greet with families in their homes in a professional manner, for them to get to know you as their well trusted caregiver for their baby.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties for baby's needs and families inside their home.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for babies to play.
• Communicate with families effectively to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills:

• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality to work with families inside their homes on a weekly basis.
• Familiarity with caring for babies and infants specifically in their early stages from ages, 3 months to 10 months old.
• Experience in childcare settings or working inside of family's homes in childcare.
• Knowledge in some CPR practices for infants and babies in case of emergency.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Able to communicate well with family's needs and any concerns.
• Positive mindset and great work ethic in providing high quality care to client's and families.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Pay: $18 per hour

4 hours a day and 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday. No weekends.
